A big push is on Accelerated Reading, so get reading and get quizzing. Let's see how many word millionaire's we can get by the end of year?

We will be reading the novel "Mr Stink by David Walliams"

Our creative writing genres this term are Non-Chronological Reports and Myths and Legends. 

World Around Us

Our topic is Natural Disasters.

The children will research many aspects of Natural Disasters, including:-

Volcanoes

Earthquakes

Floods

Tsunamis

Droughts

We will have a major foucs on developing STEM in WAU.

Religion

We are following our Grow in Love programme for Religion. We are learning about the Bible, Evangelists and parables of Jesus and Liturgical events.

PE

We will be swimming on Monday's untill Haloween. After he Halloween break we will begin Olympic handball. We have introduced CORE NI this year as a PE focus which helps us improve our mental health.
