  • Year 7 Girls’ Gaelic

    Mon 12 May 2025

We want to say a massive well done to our Year 7 girls’ gaelic team! Our girls narrowly missed out in two semi-finals in two weeks after a great showing of football during both tournaments. These girls have been exemplary over the last two years with their attitude and commitment towards sport in St. Oliver Plunkett.  Their talent was only ever outdone by their effort! They have been great role models for our school and have definitely inspired the next group of girls to come through and play gaelic football for both us and our surrounding clubs. Miss Quigg and Mr Devlin want to say what a pleasure it has been coaching you over the last two years and how much we will miss you!

  • Year 7 Gaelic Boys

    Mon 12 May 2025

As a school we would like to take the opportunity to wish our boys Gaelic football Team a huge well done for their efforts this year. The boys accomplished many achievements this year including winning their league title and reaching the championship final. Their attitude and work rate has been first class this year and no doubt will continue to remain that way. This group of boys have impressed and continue to aspire the next group of boys to come through and be part of the St Oliver Plunkett Gaelic team. You are an asset to your school. A huge well done to all involved!
