Year 4C took full advantage of the sun yesterday, exploring 3D shapes and their properties.
What a wonderful day we had celebrating World Book Day! Our school was brought to life with an amazing array of book characters as pupils and staff dressed up as their favourite stories came off the page.
Throughout the day, classes took part in a range of fun activities—from shared reading and storytelling to creative writing and quizzes. It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm for reading and to celebrate the joy that books bring to our lives.
A big well done to everyone for the incredible effort with costumes, and thank you to all who helped make the day so memorable.
Let’s keep the love of reading alive every day! 📖💫
Year 1 have been planting apple trees. They learned about all the things needed for planting and what plants need to survive and prosper. Watch this space...hopefully we will have juicy apples by the time we reach Year 3!
Year Two have learned all about planting, including what plants and trees need to survive and thrive. They are excited to observe their class apple tree and look forward to watching it grow and flourish over the years. 🌱🍎
